Quality and Professionalism
We keep our commitment
with professionalism and reliability.
We are proud to announce that SUITA Electric Corporation has officially merged with INNO Instrument Inc. (215790.KQ). This strategic merger marks an exciting new chapter for both organizations and represents a major advancement in our shared mission to provide cutting-edge optical communication and measurement solutions worldwide.
Two strong brands join forces
Founded in 2017, SUITA Electric has quickly gained industry recognition for its simple, intuitive tools designed to assist test and measurement professionals. INNO Instrument, on the other hand, is an established name in the optical communications industry, with a solid financial foundation, advanced manufacturing capabilities and a global distribution network.
This merger represents more than just a consolidation of assets: it is a strategic alignment that enables faster go-to-market execution and provides customers around the world with access to a complete portfolio of equipment and services.
Operational Changes and Brand Integration
As part of the merger, the SUITA brand will be fully integrated into INNO Instrument. To maintain clarity and continuity, all existing product model names will remain unchanged, but the SUITA logo will be replaced by the INNO Instrument brand on all future products and communications.
In addition, manufacturing operations will be relocated from Japan to INNO Instrument’s state-of-the-art production facility in Malaysia. Malaysia has proven to be an effective base for telecommunications manufacturing, and this move is expected to increase production efficiency and scalability.
Benefits for the Market and Customers
The merger brings several important benefits to customers, distributors and the market in general:
Expanded product range: New and existing customers will now have access to a broader portfolio that includes fusion splicers, cleavers, OTDRs and a full suite of telecommunications tools and accessories.
Increased global reach: With regional offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and China, the company will offer faster, more localized support around the world.
Greater pricing flexibility: Combined resources and scale will enable more competitive and adaptable pricing strategies.
Increased marketing power: A unified global marketing approach will drive greater brand visibility and lead generation across multiple regions.
Innovation and Expansion as a Shared Vision
The merger between SUITA Electric and INNO Instrument is a clear example of two complementary organizations coming together to achieve common goals of growth, innovation and long-term industry leadership. In an increasingly competitive and fast-paced global marketplace, strategic consolidations like this are essential to generate greater value, faster innovation and stronger customer relationships.
