Innovative Scientific Instruments
In 1958, KYKY Scientific Instrument Factory was founded as a subsidiary of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
In the 1970s, KYKY successfully developed the first SEM, the first turbo molecular pump and the first helium leak detector in China.
In the 1980s, KYKY became a pioneer in exploring Enterprise Transformation in China.
In 1991, KYKY changed to Beijing Scientific Instrument R&D Center as a public institution, focusing on new product development.
On December 28, 2000, KYKY ceased to be a CAS institution and became a state-owned enterprise, KYKY Technology Development Co., Ltd.
